Eligibility: You are a student or finished your degree in 2019 or later.


Write the abstract about your M.Sc. thesis or Ph.D. thesis research.

Maximum length is 1 A4 (font 12 pt). Figures are allowed and the lay-out

is otherwise free. Send it in the PDF format to

Include: target, methods, main results. Attach scan of your degree certificate.

Deadline 1.8.2021.

Acceptance of speakers as winners:

Eight pitch talks will be selected to be presented in ICAS Congress. The

selection is made in two steps by (1) ECSC board members (in the

subcommittee) and by (2) ICAS Executive committee. The winners will

be announced 15.8.2021.

Pitch talk:

Duration target 7-8 minutes. The session is on Monday 6th September at

10:30-12:00 (Shanghai time). You may present online or at site. MS PT

template will be given.

Pitch talk video:

Along with your final talk (after acceptance), you will need to submit a

video file or link to a public Youtube or similar online version of your talk

(duration max 8 minutes). It can be an animation, video, talk on slides,

documentary, etc. according to your creativity. Your name and pitch talk

link will be published on the ICAS website as the Honored Research

Pitch Winner for 2 years.


The accepted pitch talk authors are invited to participate a common

project after the congress and to be presented in the next ICAS

Congress. The common project can have an additional link to IFAR-X
