Congress Registrations

To attend the Congress, one shall finish online-registration and payment. The early you register, the better rate you can enjoy. For authors, we follow No Paper No podium, No Podium No Paper policy. Authors shall register before the early-bird deadline to allow the papers to be arranged for presentation and online publication. Each paper shall at least has one registered delegate. Each delegate can at most register to present two papers either by Oral or Interactive Display.

It’s compulsory for domestic delegates and foreigners within China to attend the conference physically. The registration fee covers: Access to all technical sessions;

  • Access to archived video presentations after the conference;
  • Conference bag; Coffee Breaks, two times per day;
  • Lunches during Sep. 6-9;
  • Congress Reception (on Sep. 6, night cruise on Huangpu River with buffet);
  • Technical Visit (Sep. 10);
  • Student Party (Sep. 7);
  • Paper online publication and index.

Note: Student Party is only for Student Registration; The Congress reception is not included for Student Registration.

*Attend Online

Due to the current Covid-19 situation, registrants located out of the Mainland China shall attend the conference online via live streaming. So the discounted registration standards in Euro are available for them. The registration fee covers:

  • Access to all conference sessions via live streaming;
  • Access to all archived video presentations afterwards;
  • Access to the technical program and proceedings;
  • Online publication and index for the papers.

*Note

  • Above registration rates include tax.
  • All above deadlines refer to GMT+8, Beijing Time.
  • The registration is only completed upon confirmation of payment. If pay beyond the deadline, the later registration fees shall be applied.
  • The online registration system will be valid from April to August 29, 2021. Beyond this date, only on-site registration with credit card payment can be accepted.
  • Participants registered as student shall upload the student identity certificate for verification upon online registration. You shall also bring it upon on-site check-in.
  • Please register as early as possible to get the opportunity for social events and technical visits given there are limited seats.
  • Authors shall register before the early-bird deadline.

Congress Reception (on September 6, 2021, night cruise on Huangpu River with buffet)

It's included in the registration fee except student category. Please make sure to check this option during online registration.

There is a maximum capacity, we will follow First Register First Get policy. A double confirmation through e-mail is required ahead of the event. Failing to confirm in time will result in cancellation.

Students Party (on September 7, 2021, BMW Experience Shanghai)

It's exclusive for student delegates. Please make sure to check this option during online registration.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

For Chinese delegates:

Bank Transfer (RMB Account)

By selecting this payment mode, your will receive an invoice with detailed bank account information and your registration ID by email.

Alipay (RMB Account)

By selecting this payment mode, your will be directed to the Alipay payment page.

For International delegates:
Bank Transfer (Euro Account)
We highly recommend you choose this method as it will cause less processing fee, which shall be borne by the remitter.

By selecting this payment mode, you will receive an invoice with detailed bank account information and your registration ID by email.

PayPal (Online Credit Card Payment)

By selecting this payment mode, your will be directed to the PayPal payment page. Extra 5% processing fees will be added to your total amount, and will also been included in the Receipt.

*Please kindly note that all bank charges for remittances and telegraphic transfers are the responsibility of the delegates. For identification, please indicate the attendee’s name and registration ID on your remittance sheet.

Upon receiving your registration form and payment, ICAS 2021 Registration Services will send you the receipt by email.

REGISTRATION POLICY

Refund application shall be submitted in writing at secretariat@icas2020.com, indicating the registrant’s name, registration ID, amount paid and refund reason. It will be validated upon a confirmation reply. For applications received before July 10, 2021, 20% of the registration fee will be deducted from the total; received between July 11 and August 20, 80% will be deducted from the total, then the rest will be returned. No refund application can be made after August 20, 2021.

Substitution will not generate any cost, but the transfer must be made in written at secretariat@icas2020.com before August 29.
